摘要 目的:观察聪脑益智胶囊联合针刺、穴位注射治疗自闭症心脾两虚证患儿的临床疗效。方法:将70例符合标准的患儿按就诊顺序随机分成对照组和治疗组各35例,对照组采用现代康复训练、特殊教育方法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服聪脑益智胶囊、配合针刺、穴位注射等综合治疗,两组均以90 d为1个疗程。治疗前后由第三方康复评定师用自闭症行为量表(ABC量表)评定,以分值降低为有效。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:聪脑益智胶囊联合针刺、穴位注射治疗自闭症心脾两虚证能明显提高临床疗效,较好地改善患儿的问题行为及言语功能。 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Congnao Yizhi Capsules (CNYZC) in combination with acupunc- ture and acupoint injection therapy on autism of heart-spleen deficiency. Methods : Seventy patients who Meet the standards of au- tism of heart-spleen deficiency were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the order of treatment, with 35 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with modem rehabilitation training, and spe- cial education, while the ones in the treatment group were added CNYZC for oral administration, acupuncture and acupoint injec- tion therapy based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups regarded 90 days as one course, then before and after the treatment, the efficiency was assessed by the third party rehabilitation evaluation expert according to Autism Behavior Scale ( ABC scale), it was regarded as effective when the scores were reduced. Results: The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : CNYZC in combination with acupuncture and acupoint injection therapy can significantly improve the clinical curative effect on autism of heart-spleen deficiency, enhance the diseased children's problem behavior and speech function.
