黄芩咳喘敷贴散治疗小儿哮喘临床研究

The Clinical Research into Children's Asthma Treated with Huangqin Kechuan Futie Powder

目的:观察黄芩咳喘敷贴散治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将400例门诊就诊的支气管哮喘(缓解期)患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各200例,对照组予传统敷贴药物治疗,观察组予黄芩咳喘敷贴散治疗,两组均每隔3 d敷贴1次,8次为1个疗程。结果:观察组有效率为93.50%,对照组有效率为78.50%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肺功能情况较对照组明显好转(P<0.05);观察组中医证候有效率为92.50%,对照组中医证侯有效率为78.00%,两组患者中医证候有效率比较,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:黄芩咳喘敷贴散治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效显著,治愈率高且无明显副作用及不良反应。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Huangqin Kechuan Futie Powder （HQKCFTP） on children＇s asth- ma and its safety. Methods： Two hundred patients with bronchial asthma （at remission stage） were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The ones in the control group were given traditional sticking treatment, while the ones in the observation group were given HQKCFrP for sticking. The two groups were given one time＇s treatment every 3 days, and re- garded 8 clays as one course. Results ： The effective rate of the observation group was 93.50%, while that of the control group was 78.50% ; And the observation group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the treatment, the observation group＇s pulmonary function was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group was 92.50% , and that of the control group was 78%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： HQKCFTP has a remarkable clinical curative effect on children＇s asthma, high cure rate and no obvious side effects and adverse reactions.
