四妙勇安汤加减治疗前葡萄膜炎临床研究

The Clinical Research into Anterior Uveitis Treated with Modified Four Wonderfully Effective Heroes Decoction

目的:观察四妙勇安汤加减治疗前葡萄膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将2013年2月—2015年4月本院收治的前葡萄膜炎患者80例随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予滴眼液常规治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上加用四妙勇安汤加减治疗,7 d为1个疗程,连续用药4个疗程,观察两组患者临床疗效及相关指标的变化。结果:对照组有效率为72.5%,观察组有效率为92.5%,两组有效率比较(P<0.05);观察组的中医证候积分(5.26±2.45)分较对照组(9.52±3.67)分显著降低(P<0.05);观察组的视力明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的血清炎性因子IL-1β、IL-10、TNF-α、INF-γ水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);随访后观察组的复发率22.5%显著低于对照组患者的37.5%(P<0.05)。结论:四妙勇安汤加减治疗前葡萄膜炎疗效确切,利于改善临床症状,提高视力,减少复发,其机制与调控机体炎性反应有一定相关性。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Four Wonderfully Effective Heroes Decoction on anterior uveitis. Methods： Eighty patients with anterior uveitis who were treated in our hospital between Feb. of 2013 and April of 2014 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine eye drops for treatment, while the ones m the observation group were added Modified Four Wonderfully Effective Heroes Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups regar- ded 7days as one course, and were treated for d courses, then the clinical curative effeets, and changes of the related indexes of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 72.5%. while that of the observation group was 92.5% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance t P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group＇s TCM symptom score was （ 5.26 ± 2.45 ）, which was significantly lower than （9.52 ± 3.67 ） of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group＇s visual acuity improved significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group＇s serum inflammatory cytokine levels including IL-1β ,IL-10 ,TNF-α,INF-γwere all significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After follow-up, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 22.5% , which was significantly lower than 37.5% of the con- trol group of （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Four Wonderfully Effective Heroes Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on anterior uveitis, is helpful to improve clinical symptoms, improve vision, reduce recurrence, and its mechanism is relat- ed to the regulation of inflammatory response mechanism.
