益肾蠲痹丸治疗类风湿性关节炎临床研究

The Clinical Research into Rheamatoid Arthritis Treated with Yishen Juanbi Pills

目的:观察益肾蠲痹丸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年1—10月在本院骨伤科治疗的类风湿性关节炎患者80例,所有患者均给予益肾蠲痹丸治疗16周,治疗前后采血检测患者血清,检测治理前后GM-CSF、IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α、IgA、IgM、IgG含量。结果:治疗后患者血清GM-CSF、IL-6和TNF-α含量显著降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后血清IgA、IgM、IgG含量显著减少,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:益肾蠲痹丸可以调节类风湿性关节炎患者免疫功能。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Yishen Juanbi Pills （YSJBP） on rheamatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods： Eighty patients with RA who were treated in oor hospital＇s Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology between Jan. of 2014 and Oct. of 2014 were chosen as the research subjects, and treated with YSJBP for 16 weeks. Be/ore and ＇after the treat- ment, their serum was tested, and the contents of GM-CSF, IL-6, H,-17,TNF-α, lgA, IgM and IgG were also tested. Results： After the treatment, the serum contents of GM-CSF, IL-6, and TNF-α were significantly decreased and the difference was statisti- cally significant compared with before the treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Their serum levels of IgA, IgM and IgG were significandy de- creased, compared with before the treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： YSJBP may play functions in treating rheumatoid arthritis through anti-inflammatory and immune function.
