桃红四物汤对慢性盆腔炎患者炎性应激及局部微循环状态的影响

The Influence of Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction on Inflammatory Stress and Local Microcirculation State of Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:观察桃红四物汤对慢性盆腔炎患者炎性应激及局部微循环状态的影响。方法:将2014年5月—2015年2月本院收治的56例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各28例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予桃红四物汤治疗。检测两组患者治疗前后细胞因子和血清炎性应激指标水平变化情况。结果:对照组治疗后2周及治疗后4周细胞因子指标和血清炎性应激指标改善情况均优于治疗前,观察组治疗后各期细胞因子和血清炎性应激指标改善情况均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组局部微循环指标优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤可显著改善慢性盆腔炎患者炎性应激水平及局部微循环状态。

Objective： To observe the influence of Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction on inflammatory stress and local microcirculation state of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods ： Fifty-six patients with chronie pel- vic inflammatory disease who were treated in our hospital between May of 2014 and Feb. of 2015 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 28 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment, while the ones in the observation group were treated with Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Deeoction. Then the two groups＇ eytokines and serum levels of inflammatory stress chan- ges before and alter the treatment were tested. Results： After 2 weeks＇ and 4 weeks＇ treatment respectively, the control group＇s cytokines imtex and serum levels of inflammatory stress changes were all better than those before the treatment. After the treat- ment, the nbservalion group＇s cytokines index and serum levels of inflammatory stress changes were all better than those before the treatment at each stage, and the differences between them had statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. The observation group＇s local microcirculation index was than that of the control group; And all the differences between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction can obviously improve inflammatory stress level and local mierocireulation state of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease .
