中医辅助治疗IVF-ET卵巢低反应,在进IVF-ET周期前,索源求因辨治,根据高龄、其他疾病等累及者的不同给予不同中医辅治、辨治,以调整着床内外环境、辨治相关病证及调理卵巢功能为主。进周后,在补肾填精时,以健脾益气药物为主,以加强脾胃运化功能以求在短期内能够提供大量精微物质,为卵泡迅速发育提供重要的保障。尤昭玲教授认为,胚胎移植后应及时健脾助膜长养,固肾安胎,以防止早早孕流产,为胚胎的着床、成活、发育而保驾护航。其认为中医药对IVF-ET卵巢低反应的治疗应从进周前开始,通过对低反应患者卵巢储备功能的改善,为其再次进周打下良好基础。

In terms of poor ovarian response of IVF-ET treated with TCM as an adjuvant therapy, before IVF-ET cycle, the treat- ment should find out the fundamental causes, different TCM adjuvant therapies should be adopted according to age and other fac- tors in order to adjust the internal and external environment, treating related diseases and syndromes, and regulate ovarian func- tion. During IVF-ET cycle, when nourishing the kidney and replenishing essence, the drugs for activating the spleen and tonify- ing qi should be used to strengthen the spleen and stomach＇s functions in order to provide a large number of substances in the short term, and an important guarantee for the rapid development of follicles. The thought of ＂tocolysis forward＂, timely activa- ting the spleen and helping growth of the membrane and consolidating the kidney can prevent abortion, guarantee embryo implan- tation, survival, and development. TCM treatment of poor ovarian response of IVF-ET should be involved before IVF-ET cycle in order to improve ovarian storage function of patients with poor ovarian response, and lay a good foundation for another IVF-ET cycle. After IVF-ET cycle, or after embryo is transferred, TCM efficiency is poorer compared with before IVF-ET cycle.
