眼周穴位深刺治疗复视40例

Forty Cases of Diplopia Treated with Deep Needling of Points Around Eyes

目的:观察眼周穴位深刺治疗复视的临床疗效。方法:选取本院眼科门诊2013年4月—2015年3月收治的复视患者72例,随机分为针灸组40例和对照组32例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,针灸组在对照组治疗的基础上给予眼周穴位深刺治疗。结果:针灸组有效率95.0%,对照组有效率87.5%,针灸组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗中均未出现严重不良反应情况,均有良好耐受性和依从性。结论:眼周穴位深刺治疗复视疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of deep needling uf points around eyes on diplopia. Methods： Seven- ty-two patients with diplopia who were treated in our hospital＇s Ophthahnie clinic between April of 2013 and March of 2015 were chosen as the researeh subjects, and randomly divided into the acupuncture group anti the control group, with 40and 32 cases re- speetively in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine symptomatic treatment, while the ones in the acupunc- ture group were added deep needling of points around eyes based on the treatment of the control group. Results ： The effective rate of the acupuncture group was 95.0% , while that of the control group was 87.5% ; And the acupuncture group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups＇ patients, and ＇all of them had good toler- ance and compliance. Conclusion： Deep needling of points around eyes has a remarkable elinieal curative effect on diplopia.
