中药熏蒸联合手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

The Clinical Research into Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Treated with TCM Fumigation in Combination with Traumatic and Orthopedic Manipulation

目的:观察中药熏蒸联合手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2014年2月—2015年1月本院门诊及住院患者100例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例,对照组采用正骨手法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用中药熏蒸治疗,两组均以14 d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后判定疗效。结果:对照组有效率为70.0%,治疗组有效率为84.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后VAS评分及颈椎功能均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组间比较,治疗组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸联合正骨手法可以快速、有效地缓解神经根型颈椎病患者症状,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM fumigation in combination with traumatic and orthopedic ma- nipulation on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy （ CSR）. Methods： One hundred patients with CSR who were treated in our hospital between Feb. of 2014 and Jan. of 2015 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the control group and lhe treatment group, with 50 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given traumatic and oryhopedic munipula- lion, while the ones in the treatment group were added TCM fumigation based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups regarded 14 days as one coarse, then the e, linical curative effects of the two groups were judged. Results ： The effective rate of the control group was 70.0% , while that of the trealment group was 84.0% ; And the difference between them had statistical signifi- cance （P 〈0.05）. After the treatment, he two groups＇ V AS score and cervical vertebra function were improved compared with before the treatment, and the differences between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The improved degree of the treat- merit group was more obvious than that of the control group, and the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0 05）. Conclusion： TCM fumigation in combination with traumatic and orthopedic manipulation has a remarkable clinical curatire effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, can relieve the patients＇ symptoms quickly and effectively.
