丹参川芎嗪注射液配合颈椎微调手法治疗颈性眩晕45例

Forty-Five Cases of Cervical Vertigo Treated with Danshen and Chuanxiong Rhizome Injection in Combination with Spinal Fine Tuning Manipulation

目的:观察丹参川芎嗪配合颈椎微调手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效及对椎动脉流速及血液流变学影响。方法:将90例颈性眩晕患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各45例,对照组采用盐酸氟桂嗪胶囊口服治疗,治疗组采用丹参川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注配合颈椎微调手法治疗,观察治疗前及治疗2周后椎动脉的血流速度、血液流变学的变化和临床疗效。结果:治疗2周后,对照组痊愈10例,显效12例,有效16例,无效7例,有效率为83.33%,治疗组痊愈18例,显效18例,有效7例,无效2例,有效率为96.67%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后血液动力学与流变学较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05),但治疗组改善更明显(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪配合颈椎微调手法治疗颈性眩晕临床疗效显著,可以改善颈性眩晕患者的血液动力学与血液流变学。

Objective： To observe the clinical curalive effect of Danshen and Chuanxiong Rhizome Injection in combination with spinal fine tuning manipulation on cervical vertigo and their influence on vertebral artery flow velocity and hemorheology. Meth- ods： Ninety patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into the treatment group and the eontrol group, with 45 cases in eaeh group. The ones in the control group were given flunarizine hvdroehloride capsules for oral administratiCm, while the ones in the treatment group were treated with Danshen and Chuanxiong Rhizome Injection for intravenous infusion in combination with spi- nal fine tuning munipulation. Then changes of blood flow velocity and blood rheology of vertebral artery before the treatment and ＇after 2 weeks＇ treatment, and the clinical curative effect of the two groups were observed. Results： After 2 weeks of treatment, in the control group, 10 eases were eured, 12 were markedly effective. 16 were effective, 7 were ineffective; while in the treatment group, 18 eases were cured, 18 were markedly effective, 7 were effective, 9 were ineffective; And the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈0.01 ）. After the treatment, the two groups＇ hemudynamics and rheology were significantly improved than before treatment （ P 〈 0.0） or P 〈 0.05 ）, but the treatment group improved more significantly （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Dansben and Chuanxiong Rhizome Injection in combination with spinal fine tuning manipulation has a remarkable clinical curative effect on cervical vertigo, can improve the patients＇ vertebral artery flow velocity and hemorheology.
