Study of Black and Ash Water Treatment Technology of Opposed Four-Nozzle Coal Water Slurry Pressurized Gasification Unit

介绍了四喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化装置的工艺特点及其黑灰水的特性。针对黑灰水的特性,对黑水絮凝技术及灰水阻垢分散技术进行了相应研究,总结了黑水絮凝剂和灰水阻垢分散剂的选型依据。

Process features of opposed four-nozzle coal water slurry pressurized gasification unit and characteristics of its black and ash water are introduced. In connection with the characteristics of black and ash water, corresponding research of black water floeeulation technology and ash water scale inhibition and dispersion technology is carried out, and basis for selection of flocculant of black water and scale inhibitor and dispersant of ash water is summarized.
