The production consumption situation of current nitric acid and ammonia nitrate unit is analyzed, the measures taken of energy-saving renovation of the nitric acid unit and the ammonia nitrate unit and process optimization are introduced. After the revamp, operation consumption of the nitric acid unit and the ammonia nitrate unit is decreased significantly, production cost is reduced greatly.
