摘要
采用工业废渣磷石膏和钾长石为主要原料,添加适量的硫酸钠作为反应助剂,经高温煅烧制备出硅钙钾肥。对助剂硫酸钠的加入量、烧结温度、烧结时间进行了试验研究,得到了以硫酸钠为烧结助剂烧制硅钙钾肥的最优条件。
Using industrial waste residue phosphogypsum and potassium feldspar as main raw materials, adding proper amount of sodium sulfate as promoter, by high-temperature calcination, the silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer is prepared. An experimental study is carried out of additive quantity of prompter sodium sulfate, calcination temperature and calcination time, and optimum conditions of calcining silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer with sodium sulfate as sintering aid are obtained.
