摘要 基于二次回归正交试验,结合数值模拟方法,研究各结构参数及其共同作用对迷宫密封泄漏量的影响,并建立可靠且不失拟的回归方程对迷宫密封的结构参数进行优化。正交试验结果表明:汽封腔深、凸台高度、汽封齿厚和齿顶间隙对泄漏量均有较大的影响,其中齿顶间隙对泄漏量的影响最为显著;四者之间的交互项对泄漏量也有一定的影响且存在着使泄漏量最小的最佳结构参数。通过检验,回归方程具有较好的显著性和不失拟性。通过对优化前、后迷宫密封内流场特性的分析可知:优化后的迷宫密封齿顶熵增升高、能量耗散大、腔室内平均速度低、惯性作用弱,从而具有更好的阻漏作用。 In order to investigate the influence of labyrinth seal structure parameters on the characteristics of leakage rate,The influence of the labyrinth seal structure parameters and their interaction on the leakage rate was numerically researched by quadratic regression orthogonal test. A reliable regression equation not lack of fit was established to optimize the structural parameters of the labyrinth seal. The results show that the depth of the seal cavity,the height of the boss,the thickness of the seal teeth and the tip clearance have great influence on the leakage rate,and the effect of the tip clearance on leakage is the most significant. The interaction among the four items has a certain impact on leakage rate,and there also exists the optimal structural parameters to minimize the leakage rate. According to the test,the regression equation has good significance and does not lack of fit. After optimized,the labyrinth seal has more entropy increase and more energy dissipation in the tip of seal teeth as well as has lower speed and smaller inertia effect in the cavity,therefore the optimized labyrinth seal has a better sealing performance.
