DNA异常甲基化与结直肠癌研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 结直肠癌是常见的一种恶性肿瘤,其主要发病机制为不可逆转的基因系列改变以及可逆转的表遗传修饰。DNA甲基化是肿瘤发生的重要表观遗传学变化,并已被证实与结直肠癌的发生发展密切相关。本文就结直肠癌遗传学机制以及结直肠癌相关基因的DNA异常甲基化在结直肠癌中的发生、诊断与治疗中的研究情况进行综述,总结通过分子诊断技术利用结直肠癌相关基因的DNA异常甲基化作为生物标志物,用于结直肠癌的无创性筛查、早期检测、诊断、预测和预后的进展,为结直肠癌的诊疗提供新的方法和思路。
