摘要
文章运用理论研究法,在对已有文献资料整理剖析的基础上,从产品和流程层面对竞争情报价值认知展开分析,诠释了竞争情报价值实现机理,构建了竞争情报价值转换模型。文章认为,竞争情报具有价值和使用价值,其价值实现是一个包括自身价值实现和使用价值实现的动态过程,企业必须采取各种有效措施增强竞争情报意识,提升竞争情报工作能力。
This article analyzes the competitive intelligence value cognitive from the product and process level by apply-ing theory research method based on existing literature analysis,and interprets the competitive intelligence value realiza-tion mechanism,as well as constructs the competitive intelligence value conversion model.The article suggests that the re-alization of competitive intelligence,with a high value of practical application,is a dynamic process including the realiza-tion of its own value and use value.The enterprise must take all kinds of effective measures to enhance the consciousness and their ability of competitive intelligence.
