论古代官德思想重塑的三个转变——以诸葛亮官德思想为参照

On Three Changes in Reshaping Ancient Official Morality: Taking ZHUGE Liang's Official Morality as Reference

古代官德思想本质上是君主专制社会的产物,对于新时期官德建设理论而言,其中既有精华资源也不乏封建糟粕,只有对其进行科学的区分扬弃和重塑,才能真正为当今官德建设服务。以封建官吏典型代表诸葛亮的官德思想为参照,重塑古代官德思想具体需要实现三个转变:政治上,要实现由效忠君主到忠诚于党和人民的改造;工作上,要实现由事必躬亲到勤政但不越权的转型;生活上,要实现由清贫寡欲到廉洁禁贪的改变。

The thought of the ancient official morality is the product of the autocratic society, which has some good factors and some bad factors. Only by reforming it can we really serve the present official moral construction. Remodeling the ancient official morality needs to achieve three changes. Politically, transformation of the allegiance from monarchy to the party and people will be achieved. In work, transformation of taking care of every single thing personally to not exceeding will be achieved. In life, transformation of taking the poor lives to clean hands will be achieved.
