摘要
河钢邯钢7#高炉,现有效容积2 000 m3。高炉克服设备缺陷大,高炉强化水平受到限制等因素,针对七高炉自身特点,我们通过解放思想、开拓思路,要求公司形成铁前以高炉为中心的理念,提高外围保障能力。并逐步加强了高炉的操作与管理的标准化、制度化推进,进一步优化上下部调剂,自2008年7月第二代炉役开炉以来,炉况保持长期稳定顺行,各项指标稳定在较好水平,炉况在外界条件变化时维持稳定局面,条件向好具备顺行局面的基础上采取积极争取指标措施,取得一定的技术进步,良好效果,尤其2011年以来利用系数2.5以上,实现了高炉长周期的稳定顺行。
Effective volume of 7# blast furnace of HegangHangang is 2 000 m3, and due to low level of equipment, the smelting strength of the furnace is limited. Considering characteristics of 7# blast furnace, after serious analysis the strategy of making blast furnace as the center of the company production plan is established and the peripheral supporting ability was guaranteed. Besides, standard and systematic furnace operation and administration were also strengthened, and based on this up and down adjustment of the furnace was also further optimized. Since July 2008 in the second furnace compaign,long time smooth operation of the furnace was maintained and technological indexes were kept in good level. When the peripheral condition was unstable the aim of the furnace was to keep smooth operation, and when the peripheral condition was in good level the aim of the furnace was to pursue good technological indexes. Good results were obtained in practice and since 2011 the utilization coefficient of the furnace has been kept over 2.5.
