摘要
自2011年《刑法修正案》(八)将危险驾驶行为入刑以来,危险驾驶案件量增长迅速,有赶超传统多发罪名盗窃罪的趋势。以上海市某区为例,其发案数量逐年递增100件左右,呈高发态势。有必要对此类案件数据进行统计、整合、分析,从中发掘危险驾驶犯罪的发案特点、高发原因,从而提出有效的预防措施和办案建议。
Since the Eighth Criminal Law Amendment enacted in 2011 defined dangerous driving as a crime, this crime has been on the fast rise, which tends to exceed in number the traditional crime of theft. Accordingly, it is necessary to collect and statistically analyze this crime so as to take related countermeasures and make suggestions for the case solution
