摘要
目的研究沐舒坦用于治疗新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的效果。方法 80例胎粪吸入综合征新生儿作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。两组患儿均采用常规对症治疗,观察组患儿加用沐舒坦治疗,对比分析两组患儿的呼吸机使用时间、住院时间、血氧分压(PaO_2)、血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)及临床疗效等。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为87.5%,明显高于对照组的67.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿呼吸机使用时间(58.5±11.4)h及住院时间(129.2±23.5)h均明显短于对照组(72.1±12.5)h、(167.9±26.4)h,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿PaO_2及PaCO_2水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6 h,与对照组患儿对比,观察组PaO_2更高,PaCO_2更低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的治疗中采用沐舒坦治疗有助于促进患儿的早日康复,缩短治疗疗程,改善患儿的通气状况,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective To research effect by Mucosolvan applied in the treatment of neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome. Methods A total of 80 newborn with meconium aspiration syndrome as observation subjects were divided by random number table into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional symptomatic treatment, while the observation group received additional Mucosolvan for treatment. Comparative analysis was made on ventilator use time, hospital stay time, partial pressure of blood oxygen(PaO2), partial pressure of blood carbon dioxide(PaCO2) and clinical effect between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 87.5% than 67.5% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). The observation group had much shorter ventilator use time as(58.5±11.4) h and hospital stay time as(129.2±23.5) h than(72.1±12.5) and(167.9±26.4) h in the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance(P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of PaO2 and PaCO2 levels before treatment between the two groups(P〉0.05). In 6 h after treatment, the observation group had higher PaO2 and lower PaCO2 than the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Implement of Mucosolvan in treating neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome is helpful to accelerate early rehabilitation, shorten treatment course and improve ventilation condition in newborn. This method is worth promoting and applying in clinical treatment.
