药物流产与人工流产的应用效果比较

Comparison of application effects between drug abortion and artificial abortion

目的分析比较人工流产与药物流产的临床应用效果。方法选取意外怀孕需进行流产的早期妊娠者80例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。实验组患者采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇进行药物流产来终止妊娠,对照组患者采用常规的人工流产负压吸引术来终止早期妊娠,比较分析两组患者的月经恢复时间、阴道流血时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及流产效果等。结果实验组患者的月经恢复时间、阴道出血时间、VAS评分分别为(39.1±7.3)d、(15.8±9.7)d、(7.1±0.2)分,明显高于对照组的(27.9±6.2)d、(7.1±2.5)d、(2.3±0.1)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者中,完全流产24例,不全流产10例,流产失败6例,对照组患者的完全流产37例,不全流产3例,流产失败0例。两组患者的流产效果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与药物流产相比较,人工流产负压吸引术的临床应用效果较好,流产有效率较高,月经恢复时间以及阴道流血时间较短,值得临床应用进行推广。

Objective To analyze and compare clinical application effects between drug abortion and artificial abortion. Methods A total of 80 accidental early pregnancy patients needing abortion were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group received mifepristone combined with misoprostol as drug abortion for pregnancy termination, and the control group received conventional artificial abortion vacuum aspiration for pregnancy termination. Comparative analysis was made on menstruation recovery time, vaginal bleeding time, visual analogue scale（VAS） score and abortion effect between the two groups. Results The experimental group had menstruation recovery time, vaginal bleeding time and VAS score respectively as（39.1±7.3） d,（15.8±9.7） d and（7.1±0.2） points, which were obviously higher than（27.9±6.2） d,（7.1±2.5） d and（2.3±0.1） points in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There were 24 complete abortion cases, 10 incomplete abortion cases and 6 failed cases in the experimental group, while there were 37 complete abortion cases, 3 incomplete abortion cases and 0 failed case in the control group. The difference of abortion effect had statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comparing with drug abortion, artificial abortion vacuum aspiration provides better clinical application effect, higher abortion effectiveness, and shorter menstruation recovery time and vaginal bleeding time. This method is worth clinical application and promotion.
