辅助孵化对高龄不孕女性冻融胚胎移植结局的影响 被引量:2

Effect of assisted hatching in frozen-thawed embryo transfer of infertile women of elderly age

摘要 目的探讨在高龄女性冻融胚胎移植周期中应用辅助孵化(AH)的临床结局效果。方法回顾性分析2011年2月至2016年7月在我中心接受冻融胚胎移植(FET),年龄≥35岁不孕女性的资料。分成AH组和对照组,对照组为未行AH的周期,共311例;AH组为接受机械辅助孵化或者激光辅助孵化的周期,共189例。结果 AH对高龄不孕女性的胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、异位妊娠率等均无影响(P均>0.05);但是在AH组中,流产率(38.2%VS 22.5%,P<0.05)和多胎率要显著高于对照组(22.6%VS 8.8%,P<0.05)。结论在高龄女性冻融周期中应用AH可能会导致流产率和多胎率的增加^([1])。 Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of assisted hatching(AH)in frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET)of infertile women of elderly age. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the FET cycles of infertile women of elderly age(≥35 years old),which were included between February 2011 and July 2016. These cycles were divided into two groups. No assisted hatching technique were used in 311 cases as control group,AH group included 189 cases used mechanical assisted hatching or laser-assisted hatching. Results:Abortion rate in AH group was 38.2%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(22.5%)(P〈0.05). Multiple pregnancy rate in AH group was 22.6%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(8.8%)(P〈0.05). There were no significant difference in implantation rate,the pregnancy rates,ectopic pregnancy rate between two groups. Conclusion:AH can significantly increase abortion rate and multiple pregnancy rate of FET cycles in infertile women of elderly age.
