新疆农村维吾尔族家庭获取乡镇卫生院公共卫生服务现状调查

Investigation on the status of Uyghur families access to public health service provided by township hospitals in rural areas of Xinjiang

目的对新疆农村维吾尔家庭获取乡镇卫生院提供的公共服务现状进行调查,了解农村家庭对公共卫生服务的利用情况。方法使用自行设计的《农村家庭获取公共服务情况调查表》,对603例农村家庭进行问卷调查。结果 3个疆域农村家庭对养老保险、健康档案、相关健康教育宣教活动、新生儿访视、预防接种,妇女妇科检查、产后随访、查环查孕,残疾人康复、出诊服务、检测血压、血糖等公共卫生服务利用率之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论应进一步完善乡村公共卫生服务人力资源配置,提高卫生服务机构技术人员专业技能,加强宣传力度,督促农村居民利用相关公共卫生服务,提高农村居民对乡镇医疗机构卫生服务的主动利用率。

Objective To investigate and understand the status of public health service accessibility of Uygur families in rural areas of Xinjiang. Methods A questionnaire about the status of public health service accessibility of rural families was used to survey 603 rural families. Results There were statistically significant differences in old-age insurance,health records,relative health-education activities,pediatric visits,vaccinations,gynecological examinations,postpartum follow- up,IUD and pregnancy examination,disability rehabilitation,out-call service,blood pressure detection and blood glucose detection and other public health services among the families in three rural areas（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It is necessary to optimize human resource allocation of rural public health service,improve professional skills of medical workers,enhance publicity,promote utilization of public health services among rural residents,and improve the utilization rate of public health services provided by township hospitals in rural areas of Xinjiang.
