摘要
采用前置取样系统-高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速测定进口天然气中4种形态砷的含量。样品采用pH 4.3的10mmol·L^(-1)庚烷磺酸钠-10mmol·L^(-1)柠檬酸溶液吸收装置进行前处理,以Hypersil GOLD aQ色谱柱为分离柱,以上述pH 4.3的吸收剂混合溶液为流动相,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行测定。4种形态砷的线性范围均为0.20~5.00μg·L^(-1),方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.044~0.066μg·L^(-1)。加标回收率为81.4%~97.4%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为3.2%~4.9%。
HPLC-ICP-MS was applied to the rapid determination of 4 species of arsenic in imported natural gas with pre-installed sampling system. The sample was pretreated with absorption device of 10 mmol· L^-1 sodium heptanesulfonate-10 mmol· L^-1 citric acid solution (pH 4. 3). Hypersil GOLD aQ chromatographic column was used as stationary phase, and the above mentioned mixed solution of pH 4. 3 was used as mobile phase. ICP-MS was adopted in the determination. Linearity ranges of the 4 arsenic species were found in the same range of 0. 20- 5.00μg·L^-1 , with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0. 044-0. 066μg·L^-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 81.4%-97.4%, and values of RSD's (n=6) in the range of 3.2%-4.9%.
