受基本方程规范的火电机组耗量特性系数辨识 被引量:4

摘要 火电机组燃料耗量–功率特性系数的准确辨识,是实施节能发电优化调度的基础与前提。为保障辨识精度,需在辨识过程中特别考虑反映耗量关键特征的基本方程。为此,提出一种受基本方程规范的火电机组耗量特性abc系数优化辨识方法。方法首先建立了反映火电机组耗量特性关键特征的3个基本方程,然后从正平衡角度出发,建立了受3个基本方程规范的、以拟合误差最小化为目标函数的优化辨识模型,最后给出了待辨识abc系数的解析解。基于某省火电机组在线监测系统采集的实际数据进行算例分析,结果表明,所提方法能在比较好地保持机组耗量特性关键特征的基础上,自适应地为火电机组的不同运行方式"量身定制"式地辨识出一套合体的abc系数,有助于使始终依赖于一组固定不变的abc系数参与优化调度的传统方式向采用定制式abc系数进行现代优化调度的阶段升级。 Accurate characteristic coefficient identification of fuel consumption function of power for thermal power unit is the basis and prerequisite for the implementation of energy saving power generation optimal scheduling. In order to ensure the accuracy of identification, the basic equations reflecting the key features of fuel consumption need to be considered in the identification process. Therefore, this paper proposed an optimal method to identify abc coefficients which are restricted to the basic equations. First, the method established three basic equations reflecting the key features of fuel consumption; secondly, from the positive balance, the method established an optimal identification model restricted to the basic equations with the fitting error being the objective function; finally, the paper gave the analytic solutions of abc coefficients. Cases were studied based on the actual data acquainted from a provincial online monitoring system of thermal power unit. The results of case studies show that the proposed method can maintain the key features of fuel consumption, adaptively provide a customized abc coefficients for different operation mode of thermal power unit, and help to upgrade the optimal dispatch from the fixed coefficients to the customized coefficients.
