培养高情商创新型领军人才的探索与实践——以天津大学为例

Cultivating Innovative Leading Talents with High EQ——Taking Tianjin University as an Example

在学习习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的重要讲话的基础上,结合我国目前大、中学生智商高、情商低的特点,及天津大学多年来思政课和工程概论课等进行社会主义核心价值观教育的实践,重点研究情商(包括品德素质和心理素质以及理想信念、爱国、敬业、诚信、友善等核心价值观)的培养规律和实践,提出了培养高情商创新型人才的具体要求,力求实现全过程、全方位育人,以实现立德树人的目标。

Using as guidelines the important speeches made by General Secretary Xi at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities, in view of the present situation that college and high school students generally have high IQ but low EQ, and on the basis of practice or teaching the socialist core values through the courses of Ideological and Political Theory and General Engineering at Tianjin University, this paper studies the regular features and practice of emotional intelligence （including moral quality, psychological quality, and values that have at the core ideals and faith, patriotism, dedication, integrity, kindness, etc.） We also offer some principles for cultivating innovative talents with high EQ that aim to execute a whole-process and all-dimensional education, so as to achieve the goal of education for knowledge and integrity.
