摘要
本研究在分析财务管理升级对公立医院发展模式转型的助推作用,公立医院发展模式转型对管理会计人才需求的基础上,提出了加快公立医院会计人才培养和业务能力提升的建议,包括依托全国会计领军(后备)人才培养项目,满足医院对高端财务人才需求;适应内部控制和医院发展,加大财务人员培训投入,培养业务骨干和管理专家,提升全院整体经济管理水平。
Based on the analysis of the role of financial management promoting the transition in public hospitals development model and management accounting talents demand for public hospitals development model transition, it put forward relevant policy adviees to speed up public hospitals accounting personnel training and improve business ability, including relying on the national accounting leading and backup talent training project, meeting the demand of high-end financial talents in hospitals; adapting to internal control and hospitals development, increasing investments for financial personnel training, training business backbone and management experts and raising the overall level of economic management.
