线粒体功能不全在重症休克血管低反应性中的作用

摘要 在重度失血、严重感染、酸中毒、缺氧等致病因素导致重症休克的过程中,微血管对血管活性物质,如去甲肾上腺素(NE)或P物质(SP)的反应性降低,引起休克晚期血液循环动力低下,出现顽固性低血压、重脏器低灌注,严重影响着休克的治疗和预后,是重症休克患者死亡的主原因之一。
