去乙酰化酶1介导2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的病理机制及其与运动的关系 被引量:2

摘要 研究表明,体育运动调节骨骼肌能量稳态,促进骨骼肌线粒体生物合成,缓解骨骼肌线粒体功能紊乱和激活胰岛素相关信号通路,进而有效地改善2型糖尿病(T2DM)骨骼肌胰岛素敏感性。
