摘要
采用TSMC 0.18μm CMOS工艺,设计应用于蓝牙系统的低噪声放大器。该放大器采用共源共栅结构,输入输出匹配良好。整个电路采用1.8V单电源供电。模拟结果表明:在中心频率2.4GHz处,LNA功率增益为15.2d B,噪声系数为1.85d B,功耗为7.2m W。
A low-noise amplifier for Bluetooth application was realized by using TSMC 0.18μm CMOS technology.The LNA employs cascode structure, Input and output are well-matched. The whole supply voltage is 1.8V. Simulation results indicate:at 2.4GHz, the circuit gain is 15.2dB, the noise figure is 1.85 dB, and the power dissipation is7.2m W.
