Review and Prospects: Research on College Entrance Examination for Migrant Children in Cities

随迁子女异地高考问题是一个涉及政策、伦理、教育以及管理的综合性问题。以往研究将随迁子女异地高考的政策困境作为研究重点,在视角上,主要涉及随迁子女受教育权的法律保护、政策网络、社会公平、利益博弈等,相关研究具有多维性特点。从未来发展趋势着眼,今后的研究可以考虑三个"转向":就研究立场而言,应从学科立场转向实践立场;就研究区域而言,应从重视一线城市转向一二线城市并重;就研究逻辑而言,应从流动人口的治理逻辑转向城市移民的权利逻辑。

The problems of college entrance examination in cities for migrant children are a comprehensive issue,which involve policies,ethics,education and management. Previous studies focus on the policy dilemmas of college entrance examination in cities for migrant children. In the study perspectives,it was mainly involved with the legal protection of migrant children＇s right to education,policy network,social equity,benefit games and so on. The related studies are conducted multidimensionally. From the future development trend,the future research may consider three＂turns＂： in terms of the research standpoint,we should turn the subject position into practice position; in terms of the research area,we should turn the focus on the first-tier cities into the first-tier cities and the second-tier cities; in terms of the research logic,we should turn the governance logic of the floating population into the rights logic of urban immigrants.
