我国大学研究型学院的定位与特征探析

从大学的发展历史来看,学院是在百年大学发展史中几乎和大学同时出现的组织形式。而这种大学基本的组织形式,历经长期的变革和历史的历练,其内涵也逐步多样化,研究型学院就是在我国高等教育分类发展过程中产生的一种大学基层组织形式,它除了具备大学二级学院的基本职能,还具有自身发展的诸多特征,例如:科学研究顶天立地,学术氛围宽松自由,人才培养厚基础、重创新,国际交流宽视野、重合作,学院行政权力、学术权力相对平衡,和谐共存等。研究型学院在研究型大学和教学研究型大学中发挥重要作用,成为目前国家开展"双一流"建设的重要阵地。

In addition to the fundamental capacities of second-level college,it has many distinctive features,such as scientific research prioritization,flexible and free academic atmosphere,thick foundation and innovation emphasis of talent cultivation,broad horizon and cooperation emphasis of international communication,relative balance and harmonious coexistence of administrative power and academic power,etc. Research-oriented colleges play an important role in both research-oriented universities and teaching-research-oriented universities and become a significant front in the current construction of ＂Double First-rate＂in China.
