摘要
服务决策是院校研究的存在依据。从管理到治理,高校决策方式将发生新的变化,呈现出决策主体多元化、决策目标共识化、决策过程契约化等新的特征。治理背景下高校决策的变化,迫切需要院校研究在定义和筛选决策主体、构建有利于促进院校学习的决策互动平台、完善促进达成决策共识的互动沟通机制等方面适应和拓展,走向院校学习将成为院校研究发展的重要趋势。
Institutional Research( IR) is existence for serving decision-making. From management to governance,new changes of universities decision-making will occur,( 1) diversification of the decision-making body,( 2) the consensus-based of decision-making goals,( 3) the contract-based of decision-making process. IR has to adapt the changes in decision-making under the governance context. IR will expand its functions including:( 1) the definition and selection decision-making body,( 2) building interactive learning platform for decision-making,( 3) improving the interactive communication mechanisms for consensus of decision-making. Institutional Learning will become an important trend in the development of IR.
