论“通识师资”对我国高校通识教育的影响

近年来,我国高校日益重视大学通识教育,为此投入大量的资源,以期通过开展通识教育来改善人才培养的质量,促进高校的国际化和国际竞争力。在高校通识教育如火如荼地开展之际,审视大学通识教育的师资力量有着积极的意义。通识教育的根本目的不是为学生提供了解其他专业领域的机会,通识教育并不是任何专业教师所能胜任。"通识课教师不通实"是我国高校通识教育普遍存在的现象,影响通识教育目标诉求的实现,制约通识教育的进一步发展。改变"通识课教师不通识"这一现状任重道远,需要高校在通识教育的师资引入和师资培养方面做出改变。

In recent years,colleges and universities in our country have paid much attention to the general education,and have invested a great deal of resources to improve the quality of students via general education and promote the internationalization and international competitiveness of colleges and universities. In the development of general education in colleges and universities,it is significant to examine the teachers of general education. The fundamental purpose of general education is not to provide students with the opportunity to understand expertise of other areas and professional teachers are not capable of general education. ＂General education teachers are not general＂is a common phenomenon in colleges and universities in China,which affects the realization of the goal of general education and restricts the further development of general education. There is a long way to go to change the existing situation of＂general education teachers are not general＂,and it is necessary to make changes in the introduction of teachers and the cultivation of teachers in general education in colleges and universities.
