摘要
糖分是人体必需的营养物质之一,也是生命活动的主要能源物质,在人体中占有很大的比重。通常情况下人体所需的葡萄糖、果糖等糖分主要是从食物中获取。经过几十年的发展,我国的制糖工艺技术水平得到极大的提高,这主要依赖于我国经济技术的全面提升和人民生活的普遍提升。本文基于现实的角度,系统地介绍了几种主要的制糖工艺,并着重介绍了煮糖技术的发展历史与应用前景,旨在进一步促进我国制糖、煮糖技术的全面发展。
Sugar is one of the essential nutrients for human beings and it is also the main energy source of animal life. Under normal circumstances the human body needs such as glucose and fructose is the main sugar obtained from food, after decades of development, sugar manufacturing technology in China has been rapid development, which mainly depends on the universal promotion of China's economic and technological upgrading and people's life. The real point of view based on the systematic introduction of several main technological process, and emphatically introduces the development history and application prospect of sugar boiling technology, to further promote China's all-round development of sugar, sugar boiling technology.
