摘要
果蔬中含有大量碳水化合物、活性物质和其他易变性成分,因此果蔬易腐败,不易贮藏,且在果蔬的加工中营养物质与活性物质易丧失,因此需要应用膜分离技术这一类高新技术参与。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,认识的不断加深,对于生活的享受也越来越重视,果蔬加工产业中也要求做到对人安全无害。本文概述膜分离技术在现代果蔬加工中的相关应用,也点出膜分离技术存在的不足,急需解决的问题及发展的方向。
Fruits and vegetables contain carbohydrates, active substances and other variability ingredients so that it not easy to be stored, and the nutrients and active substances in fruit and vegetable processing easy to lose and therefore need this kind of high and new technology application of membrane separation techniques involved. As people living standard unceasing enhancement, the deepening of understanding, for the enjoyment of life is becoming more and more attention, in the fruit and vegetable processing industry also requires do harmless to people. In this paper related applications of membrane separation technique in modern fruit and vegetable processing, also points out the deficiency existing in membrane separation technology, to solve problems and the direction of development.
