近年来,随着经济的发展和社会的进步,人们对于自己的生活水平和生命健康给予了更多的关注和重视。而食品安全作为维持生命健康的重要组成部分,保证其安全性对人类的健康具有重要意义。因此,检测食品的方法和测量手段就非常重要。鉴于此,针对食用植物油中酸价测量结果的不确定度评估进行研究,以供参考。
In recent years, with the development of economy and social progress, people pay more attention to their lives and health. As an important part of life and health, food safety is of great significance to human health. Therefore, method and means for detecting food is very important. In view of this, the evaluation of uncertainty of measurement results of acid value of edible vegetable oil was studied, for reference.
