摘要
测定琯溪蜜柚在不同条件下对亚硝酸盐的清除率,研究琯溪蜜柚对亚硝酸盐的清除作用。实验表明:反应温度70℃,时间20 min,p H值为4,琯溪蜜柚用量为10 m L时,琯溪蜜柚对亚硝酸盐的清除作用最佳。
Abstract: This paper researched the effect of scavenging nitrite with Guanxi Honey Pomelo by determining the scavenging rate of Nitrite by Guanxi Honey Pomelo in different conditions. Experimental results show that Guanxi Honey Pomelo possess the best effect of scavenging nitrite under the reaction condition when the temperature was 70℃, reaction time was 20 rain, vaule of pH was 4, dosage was 10mL.
