摘要
本文介绍了使用GUM法评定离子色谱法测量自来水中氯化物的不确定度,从标准溶液配制、线性回归方程拟合、测量重复性、实验环境4个方面分析,建立数学模型和因果图,分析各分量引入的不确定度,按照GUM法计算,得出测量不确定度评定的结果。
This paper introduces the use of GUM method to evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of chloride in tap water by ion chromatography, from four consideration of the standard solution preparation, linear regression equation fitting, measurement repeatability and experimental environment, establish mathematical model and causality diagram, analysis of uncertainty in the introduction of each component according to the GUM method, the results of measurement uncertainty evaluation is obtained.
