日粮纤维组成对生长猪净能和营养物质消化率的影响 被引量:18

Effects of Dietary Fiber on Net Energy Value and Total Tract Digestibility of Nutrients in Growing Pigs

摘要 本试验旨在研究相同总膳食纤维水平下,不同含量的可溶性和不可溶性纤维日粮对生长猪净能值和营养物质消化率的影响。试验选用18头(36.12±3.06)kg杜×长×大三元杂交去势公猪,随机分为玉米-豆粕基础日粮、甜菜渣日粮和大豆皮日粮3个处理组,每组6头猪。其中甜菜渣日粮和大豆皮日粮是甜菜渣和大豆皮分别替代基础日粮供能部分的22.49%和20.45%。试验共3期,每期28 d,包括22 d适应期和6 d测热期。结果表明:纤维日粮的有效能值及总能、粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的消化率显著低于基础日粮(P<0.01),甜菜渣日粮的总膳食纤维消化率显著高于基础日粮(P<0.05);纤维显著增加了粪氮的排出(P<0.01);甜菜渣和大豆皮的净能值分别为8.52、6.48 MJ/kg。表明纤维会降低日粮营养物质的消化率和有效能值,但是可溶性纤维含量高的日粮其纤维本身的消化程度更高。 This study was conducted to determine the effect of soluble and insoluble fiber on net energy value and the total tract digestibility of nutrients in growing pigs using indirect calorimetry. 18 barrows(36.12 ± 3.06 kg BW) were allotted in a completely randomized design to 3 dietary treatments. The 3 experimental diets included a corn-soybean meal basal diet and 2 test diets. The 2 test diets were formulated to contain either 22% sugar beet pulp or 20% soybean hulls, which replaced 22.49% and 20.45% of the energy supplied by corn, soybean meal and amino acids, respectively. The experiment was conducted in consecutive three 28-d periods consisting of a 22-d preliminary period followed by a 6-d heat measurement period. Sugar beet pulp diet and soybean hulls diet had a negative effect(P〈0.01) on energy values and ATTD of GE, CP and ether extract. The ATTD of total dietary fiber were greater(P〈0.01) in pigs on the sugar beet pulp diet than those of pigs on basal diet. The greater fecal nitrogen output was observed in pig fed sugar beet pulp diet and soybean hulls diet. The NE contents of sugar beet pulp and soybean hulls were 8.52 and 6.48 MJ/kg, respectively. The results of the study showed high fiber diets has a negative effect on energy values and nutrients digestibility but a positive effect on fiber digestibility.
