摘要
笔者体验观察氨基葡萄糖对多种骨病的疗效,选择发育期罹病的少年进行类风湿关节炎残疾的试验观察,4例多年畸变经治疗短期内全面显著逆转,凸显其中的因果效应。根据《骨科基础科学》,氨基葡萄糖衍生物——蛋白聚糖(PG)贯穿在骨骼系统的胚胎发育全过程和全身骨关节的组织结构中。试验还原证明:PG丢失是类风湿关节炎(RA)关节内外侵蚀性破坏的根本原因;进而根据聚糖功能,彻底揭开RA之谜、颠覆自身免疫假说、涵盖系列风湿病与诸多疑难病病理。受樊代明院士整合医学思想启示,拟从整合医学角度浅析试验研究如何顺利突破和专业研究为何陷入困境。
observed the curative effect of glucosamine on various bone diseases, especially the cases of juvenilerheumatoid arthritis (JRA) disability. Long-term chronic distortion in 4 JRA cases was significantly reversed in a shortterm, implying the causal effect of glucosamine in the treatment. According to Orthopaedic Basic Science, glucosaminederivative, proteoglycan (PG), is distributed throughout the embryo development of skeletal system and joint tissues.Experiments prove through reductionism that the loss of PG is the root cause for the damages inside and outside joints inrheumatoid arthritis (RA); furthermore, based on glycan function, the mystery of RA is resolved, and the autoimmunityhypothesis and the pathologies of rheumatism and many complicated diseases are overturned. Enlightened by AcademicianFan Daiming' holistic integrative medicine theory, we try to analyze the reasons for and how to break the long-termdilemma of RA researches.
