摘要
利用水培法研究了不同浓度镉(Cd)胁迫下,添加柠檬酸或乳酸对海州香薷生物量、抗性,以及吸收和转运镉的影响.结果表明:较低浓度(2mg·L^(-1))的Cd可以促进海州香薷的生长;添加柠檬酸或乳酸均能提高海州香薷对Cd的抗性和吸收量,且添加乳酸20μmol·L^(-1)时抗性最强,添加柠檬酸3mmol·L^(-1)时吸收能力最强;添加柠檬酸或乳酸均能有效提高海州香薷转运Cd的能力,且添加20μmol·L^(-1)的乳酸时海州香薷的转运能力最强.
The influence of exogenous citric acid and lactic acid on the Elsholtzia haichowensis ' biomass, resist- ance, absorption and transport of cadmium under different concentrations of cadmium was studied by water culture. The results show that, the cadmium with low concentration (2 mg· L-1) can promote the growth of Elsholtzia hai- chowensis ; adding citric acid or lactic acid can improve the resistance of Elsholtzia haichowensis and uptake of cadmi- um, and Elsholtzia haichowensis shows the strongest resistance in 20 μmol·L-1 lactic acid, and the strongest absorp- tion capacity in 3 mmol·L-1 citric acid; adding citric acid or lactic acid can effectively improve the transport capacity for cadmium, and Elsholtzia haichowensis shows the strongest transport capacity in 20 μmol · L-1 lactic acid.
