基于心理契约的甘肃省高校体育教师激励问题研究被引量：3

摘要教师心理契约作为调整体育教师个体和高校组织相互关系的心理模式,与体育教师激励存在着高度适切性。本文论述了心理契约的内涵,分析了心理契约与高校体育教师激励的机理,并从三个维度提出了基于心理契约理论的教师激励策略。
