Modern Hospital Management Models Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medical Ethics

现代医院管理模式应首先根植于祖国传统医学道德“仁人爱人”,“大医精诚”、“一视同仁”、“谦和谨慎”的思想,追求“医者仁术”的境界;这还必须与现代企业管理的成功理念融合,建设以人为本和以德治院结合的现代医院管理模式,它应包含“以病人为中心”、“以树人为根本”、“以特性为依据”、“以规则修德性”、“以义利相统一”,把握好以德治院的切入点、关键点、交汇点、落脚点、发展点。

First of all,modern hospital manage ment models should be rooted in tradi tional Chinese medical ethics,including the doctrines:“the benevolent love people”,“treat equally without discrimination”,“be modest,prudent and amiable”,etc.And the models also should be integrated with the advanced comcepts of modern ent erprise management in a bid to establ ish modern hospital management models characterized by combination of anthropoce ntric management and running the hospital according to moral principles.
