摘要
为提高TiO_2的可见光利用率,采用金属离子注入技术在TiO_2薄膜中注入Fe^+。通过XRD、FESEM、XPS和UV-vis光谱等对注入的样品进行了表征。结果表明,Fe^+注入后,TiO_2薄膜光谱发生了红移,红移的幅度随注入剂量的增加而增加。光催化降解甲基橙实验表明,Fe^+注入对TiO_2薄膜在可见光作用下催化降解能力有明显的提高。
In order to improve the utilization of visible light, Fe+ doped TiO_2 nano films were synthesized by ion implantation method. The as-synthesized films were characterized by the X-ray diffraction spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscope, electron dispersive spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The narrowing of band gap and increasing λmax were observed. The photocatalytic efficiency of the samples was evaluated by means of degrading methyl orange. The result shows that Fe+implantation obviously improves the photo-catalytic activities of TiO_2 films under visible light irradiation.
