摘要 真空绝热板(VIP)作为一种高性能的热阻隔材料,随着其性能和制作工艺不断地优化和完善,已经开始越来越多地应用在建筑领域。文章主要介绍了真空绝热板的基本概念,结构构成以及绝热机理,并对国内真空绝热板的研究现状进行了总结,分析了芯材,隔气结构,吸气剂的主要研究进展及生产情况。同时对真空绝热板的热导率,使用寿命,热桥效应等进行了界定,论述了真空绝热板在建筑领域的研究现状和注意事项,并对其目前存在的主要问题进行了分析,提出了相应的解决方案。 As a high-performance thermal barrier material, vacuum insulation panel(VIP) has been increasingly applied in the field of architecture,with its constantly optimizing and perfect performance and production technology. The paper mainly introduces the basic concept, structure and insulation mechanism of vacuum insulation panel, and summarizes research status of domestic vacuum insulation panel, analyzes the main research progress of core material, gas insulation structure and getter. The thermal conductivity and service life of vacuum insulation panels has also been carried on the determination. Furthermore, this paper discusses the vacuum insulation panel research present situation and the matters needing attention in the field of construction, analyzing the existing main problems and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
