沿海地区群体性毒品犯罪打击与控制——以广东省陆丰市“三甲”地区为例

The attack and control of mass drug crime in coastal area——A case study of the"sanjia"area in Lufeng City,Guangdong Province

改革开放后,随着沿海地区对外开放程度不断加深,群众思想观念开放,交通运输便利,给这一地区制贩毒犯罪提供了可乘之机,近年来沿海地区群体性进行制贩毒犯罪成为一种社会危害性更强的毒品犯罪形式。根据这一地区群体性制贩毒犯罪的特点,分析引发犯罪的社会成因,总结在警务合作、情报引领、夯实基层政权、发展经济、溶解犯罪亚文化等方面进一步强化工作对策,以期对该地制贩毒犯罪加以遏制,从而更好的维护沿海地区社会经济的正常发展。

After the reform and opening up,with the opening of coastal areas continues to deepen,the ideas of the masses open,convenient transportation,to provide the opportunity for drug trafficking crime in this area in recent years,population in coastal areas for drug trafficking crime has become a kind of social harmfulness of drug crime form stronger.According to the characteristics of drug manufacturing and trafficking crime groups in this area,analysis of the social causes of crime,to further strengthen the work of countermeasures are summarized in the police cooperation,information leading,reinforce grassroots regime,economic development,dissolved the criminal subculture,etc.,in order for the system to curb drug trafficking crime,to better safeguard the normal social and economic development in the coastal area.
