Socialized Management of Students'Flats and Quality Education in Institutions of Higher Learning

高校学生公寓实行社会化改革后,管理模式已由福利型转向物业型;单一的社会效益追求已转向追求一定的经济利益;公寓硬件建设得到加强;服务对象在公寓活动的时间增加。要有效地切入素质教育,必须坚持后勤产业仍得姓“教”。在此前提下,才谈得上加强学生公寓制度建设与文化建设,并尽可能在学生公寓区设立勤工助学岗位,让学生参与管理;多管齐下,才能培养大学生良好的道德品质、身心素质、完善的个性、较强的实践能力、创新精神、自立能力与竞争意识。

Since socialization of college studentsflats,their welfare-oriente d management has changed into property-oriented management.In view of this new situation,to bring the role of the sociali zed management of the studentsflats in quality ed-ucation,the following measures must be adopted:holding to the subordin ate position of the logistic service industry in education and teaching;strengthening the institutional and cultural building of the studentsflats;creating condi tions for students to participate in the management of the flats.Only by doing so,is it possibl e to make students have a good moral ch aracter,practice ability,innovation spirit and competitive consciousness.
