摘要
本文针对高速轮轨系统和高速磁浮交通系统孰优孰劣的争论,在对二者的成本和效益进行分析的基础上,基于成本效益分析法,以寻求社会总成本最小为原则,构建了高速轮轨系统和高速磁浮交通系统的选择评价模型。针对京沪第二高速铁路通道的案例研究,基于本文所构建评价模型,得出的结论是,京沪第二高速铁路通道选择高速磁浮交通系统的社会总成本相对较低。
An evaluation model is proposed to judge whether to choose the high-speed rail system or the high- speed maglev system under the argument that which one is superior. The model is built on the cost-benefit method, which is based on the principle of minimizing the total social cost to analyze the cost and benefit of the two systems. The case study of the second Beijing-Shanghai rail corridor shows that, the total social cost is relatively low while the high-speed maglev system is chosen to be built in the corridor.
