摘要
GBW(E)130573门尼粘度标准物质2016年11月得到国家质量监督检验检疫总局的批准后,在合成橡胶行业有着极重要的应用,尤其在研究和评价测量分析方法、校核仪器、生产过程中产品的质量控制、考核分析人员的操作技术水平、保存和传递特性量值建立测量溯源性、保证测量结果的一致性和可比性、产品检验和认证机构的质量控制和评价、实验室认可工作等方面都将发挥重要作用并提供了技术支撑。经过样品候选、均匀性与稳定性检验、定值与不确定度评估等系列工作,研制出GBW(E)130573门尼粘度标准物质。该标准物质其定值结果在95%的置信概率时,呈正态分布、无异常值、等精度。因此,该标准物质的标准值在ML(1+4)100℃条件下为86.6±0.9。
GBW(E)130573 Mooney viscosity standard material was issued in november 2016 by the State Ad- ministration of quality supervision and inspection. It had a very important application and provided technical sup- port in the synthetic rubber industry, especially in research and evaluation measurement analysis methods, checking instrument, product quality control in the production process, examination the operational level of analyst, preserva- tion and transfer characteristic values, establish measurement traceability, ensuring consistency and comparability of measurement results, quality control and evaluation of product inspection and certification authority, laboratory ac- creditation,etc. The GBW(E) 130573 Mooney viscosity standard material had been successfully developed after sample candidate, uniformity and stability test, calibration and uncertainty evaluation and other series of work. The data of fixed values were in normal distribution, no suspicious, and in equal precision at 95 % confidence probabili- ty. The nominal value of the standard material was 86.6 ±0. 9 at ML(1 +4) 100℃.
