摘要 采用两段浸出-溶剂萃取流程从氧化锌烟尘中提取In,对两段浸出工艺条件进行了研究。实验结果表明,低酸性条件对氧化锌烟尘中Zn、In的浸出具有很好的选择性,可实现Zn的浸出,而In留在浸出渣中。最佳的低酸浸出除Zn条件为:浸出温度60℃、液固比10∶1、硫酸浓度0.16mol/L、浸出时间30min;此条件下Zn浸出率达到了93.73%,浸出渣中In含量达到1 254g/t。最佳高酸浸出提In的工艺条件为:浸出温度70℃、液固比6∶1、硫酸浓度0.8mol/L、浸出时间2h;此条件下In浸出率为89.32%。 Indium was recovered from zinc oxide flue dust by two stage leaching and solvent extraction,and technical conditions of two stage leaching were investigated.The test results show that the low acidity condition has a good selectivity for Zn and In leaching from zinc oxide flue dust,and zinc is selectively leached into the solution and indium is concentrated in the residue.The optimal conditions of low acid leaching to remove Zn are as follows:leaching temperature of 60 ℃,liquid to solid ratio of 10∶1,sulfuric acid concentration of 0.16mol/L and leaching duration of 30 min.Under the above conditions,Zn leaching rate reaches93.73% and In content reaches 1 254g/t in the leaching residue.The optimal conditions of high acid leaching to recover In are as follows:leaching temperature of 70℃,liquid to solid ratio of 6∶1,H2SO4 concentration of 0.8mol/L and leaching time of 2h.Under the above conditions,In leaching rate is 89.32%.
